Santa Claus is a homeless man in DC.

There are several beggars that are along the
sidewalks by the Smithsonian Museums. This
man was just living here by the Mall. I never saw
him approach anybody for money.

They are rather stingy in this library. If you try
to check out their holdings, they lock you up in
