This is near the beginning of the fifth month.

We read in one of our baby books that a hair
or thread could get wrapped and tangled
around a baby's finger or other appendage
and cut off circulation. We thought it seemed
realistic, but a little nuts.

One Saturday morning, I found that it had
happened to our baby. I snapped a few
quick pictures to show my wife (she was still
asleep) and then removed the hair.

Over Labor Day weekend, I had a job interview
and I was offered a job. So, we packed up
to move.
|
My wife made shape flash cards and hung them
on the mirror over the changing table. Once he
had messed up one, she would rotate her stock.
This is before we took them down to throw them
away.

This is our LifeGroup. It is a Bible Study group
that meets weekly at our old church. This was
our going away party. I really recommend small
group Bible studies like this. We would meet
for a few hours, and half or more of the time
was fellowship. We formed stronger relationships
with our LifeGroup than I have ever formed
through adult Sunday School.

See the blue block behind our baby. It was
recalled due to lead paint. I think the turtle
was the culprit.
